Lights by bed not working. Elevators really slow. Charge for water in room???

Great rooms, convenient location, nice staff and a good atmosphere. Only downside was one working elevator. That meant taking the stairs more often than would have liked.

Everything was good except they lost our keys/car at the valet. We got the text when we dropped it off but it wasn't in the system. They finally found it when we were leaving but then couldn't find our keys. They were in the back of the valet desk like they were discarded. It delayed us in getting to an event and we were late and also worried about our car.
