The People and the Views as you walk, drive and stop through it are what made it such an amazing experience. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful in every way. Next time in Scotland, we will definitely make this part of our Holiday, again.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Doghouse very much and would stay again. The staff was friendly, and the whole establishment has a fun, boutique vibe. If you like dogs and beer, you’re in the right place - whether or not your pet is traveling with you. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the train station and 1 block away from the Royal Mile. Meals at the restaurant, including breakfasts, were excellent: made to order and fresh ingredients. Ordering BrewDog pre-stocked beer in the “shower fridge” was entertaining as well as handy. When we experienced a housekeeping issue upon check-in, the staff was quick to acknowledge and address it. Our room was an entire small loft apartment with full kitchen. The loft bedroom did get quite warm - so the hotel-provided fan was very helpful.

The perfect place to stay when discovering Edinburgh. Central and unique. A big plus for the very friendly and helpful staff and the fact that the hotel itself was even nicer than we anticipated.
