I found our check it easy and friendly. Laura did a good job. Our room had problems. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was no noise or loud partying going on, so we slept well. Our refrigerator did not work and they sent someone to check it out. He told them we put to much in it. I had given it 2.5 hours to cool, but it did not. He had the front desk call to tell me that and my response was the fridge was not working and neither was the phone, or our bedside lamps. The significance to this is i have to keep my meds cold. They replaced the refrigerator and we had to leave the door open so the machine could vent the heat to help cooling. I also had to place an ice bucket and I knew it was working, because there was still ice in the bucket in the morning. We could not use the small balcony because the cover to the air conditioning was leaking. We also found small roaches in the bathroom. But, the pool was heated and nice and a beautiful view of the beach.

We came in to town for a family event just for the night and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and room. Everyone was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to reserve a room here again. Close to the freeway and shopping areas. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Breakfast was good. Hotel is clean, is going through an upgrade transition, but there was not any noise or issue, the rooms look nice, beds not very firm, the location is close to the airport, no plane noises, pool was a bit cold, staff was kind, they have a bar, the Breakfast area is huge, it wasnt crowed, price was right.
