Valet returned my Tesla with a beverage spilled and dried to my white passenger seat after I just paid to detail the car before this trip. When I pointed it out to front desk she did immediately refund ONE day of parking however my vehicle should not have had anyone drinking in it and that beverage sat there stinking up my car for 2 fill days. Hotel room fridge was not cleaned out and a previous guests leftovers were still in it. I was told someone from management would call me to discuss but nobody did. The mattress in the room is old and outdated and did not measure up to my expectation for this type of hotel.

staff wasn’t at the desk upon arrival just a sign that they would be right back which was a 15 min wait. The bed mattress was lumpy and uneven.

We were really looking forward to our stay. For a high end luxury hotel our room and parts of the hotel we walked through were quite scratched up, dented and not in great shape. I went use a guest robe and there was a big hairball in the sleeve. And then the day we arrived we had come from a specialty bakery where we bought $75 worth of baked goods to take home to share with family and friends—however we went out for the day and put the do not disturb sign on the door— when we got back later that day our room had been “touched up” and our entire bag of baked goods was gone. We had left our bags open as well because we weren’t planning on having our room cleaned that day— so the overall experience felt very violating. Lastly, they have no guest parking. We will definitely never stay here again.
